Ed West Fund
Contra Costa Chorale Vocal Music Studies Scholarship:
→$1,000 per student for 1 year, 2 Awards Available
Schroeder Family Foundation Scholarship:
→ $2,000 per student for 1 year, 2 Awards Available for El Cerrito High School students only
STEM Scholarship
→$1,000 per student for 1 year, 2 Awards Available for Richmond High School (1) and John F. Kennedy High School (1)

Richmond Promise
Launched in January 2016, the Richmond Promise is a community-wide college success initiative to build a college graduating culture in Richmond, CA.
The Richmond Promise Scholarship is a $1,500 college scholarship, renewable for up to 4 years, with an additional 2 years available for students who want to petition for extra funding . Students may attend a 2-year or 4-year college, and/or pursue a Career Technical Education Certificate at any not-for-profit institution in the United States.
Deadline: March 14th, 2021

The Richmond Youth Council allows you to build leadership skills and become involved in your community! This an opportunity to communicate and collaborate with local government to give the youth a voice on issues that really impact
us. We’re currently accepting applicants on a rolling basis.
Applicants must be ages 14-23, residents of Richmond, CA or attending schools in Richmond, CA. Please contact us for any questions.
Speak Truth to Power
On November 20th we had the opportunity to discuss with various panelists across multiple institutions of power, the relationships between BIPOC and local law enforcement, local government, and the education system. We had the opportunity to discuss some of your most pressing questions, while also coming together to discuss and implement solutions to the aforementioned issues.
